Quality control
We test raw and packaging materials, intermediates and finished products throughout the process, and keep checking quality through regular stability tests until the expiry date.
Tests
General analysis
- Physicochemical tests
- Harmful substances (heavy metals, etc.)
- Functional ingredient analysis (vitamins, minerals, etc.)
Microbiological tests
- Coliform, E. coli, total bacteria and fungi counts
- Lactic acid bacteria test
Process control
- Incoming material inspection and testing
- Process control testing and verification
- Workplace environment control
- Hazard control
Product inspection
- ICP and HPLC analysis
- Microbial analysis
- Stability tests
- Efficacy verification
We improve quality by repeating the four PDCA stages
Plan
Risk assessment, strategy and resource analysis
Do
Training, documentation, calibration
Check
Internal inspection, process monitoring, deviation and change control, process verification, product quality evaluation
Act
Immediate improvement, preventive action, update of procedures
Process control equipment

Automatic tablet sorter
Detects visual defects in tablets automatically and sorts out rejects.

X-ray inspection machine
Uses X-rays to inspect for and remove dense, hard foreign matter such as Fe, SUS and plastic.

Metal detector
Uses a magnetic field to inspect for and remove ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous (Cu, SUS, etc.) metal.

Checkweigher
Sets a weight range for tablet and powder-filled products and sorts out underweight and overweight ones.
